We will continue up sanitisate and take further precautions for both you and our safety, ultimately for the safety of the most vulnerable in our society.
The shop will be closed throughout November but we will continue to run our online sales and Click / collect
The phone is manned Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for advice from 10am to 5.00pm. If we cannot get to the phone just leave a message and we will call you back
CLICK & COLLECT:
We are offering a click & collect service where you pay through our website and we will refund any postage that the site may prompt you to pay on collection of goods.
All you need to do to make a click / collect order is put your name but our address when adding your details in the cart. We will call you to arrange collection.
Alternatively, you can call and pay over the phone.
We can prepare your purchase and arrange a time for collection *For example Saturdays between 9am to 11am*
We actively encourage any potential customer to give us a call first to discuss your requirements. As we understand it, the virus can survive on hard surfaces like steel and plastic for up to 72 hours, cardboard for 24 hours. For your protection we will only send out on a normal 2-day service. If you need extra reassurance try not to touch or open the box for a further 24 hours or use gloves to handle the package. Of course, we have to rely on the individual courier drivers to deal with their own hygiene & handling of the boxes hence our recommendation of further non contact for 24 hours.
I am sure you will understand why we are going to take the above measures for the foreseeable future.
Obviously we will be watching the situation very carefully and will react accordingly. As this is an ever changing situation we ask that you continue to check our website for the most current updates and store opening times.
Please stay safe, choose quieter surf spots, keep your distance from others and try not to have too much contact with well used surfaces. Wash those hands!
