At Bodyboard HQ we do not like hidden costs or skeletons in the closet. We certainly do not look to make money from postage charges. Any postage charges added are often subsidized by us and we certainly do not charge for packing.
This doesn’t mean to say we skimp on P&P in fact the opposite. Using time and experience we have identified the very best & reliable courier services available. Unlike some of the other stack it high surf base outlets online we run by the following theory, pay peanuts and you will get monkeys so we only use the best, even if it does cost Bodyboard HQ a tad more. The benefits are clear, reliable deliveries with minimal damage; this means less hassle for everyone involved.

Typical postage costs on goods throughout the UK are the following:
1) Leashes, socks and smaller items - £2.95
2) Fins, bags etc - £4.95
3) Bodyboards - £9.95 (Except the Channel Islands) This can include up to 4 boards or associated equipment, for example: Bodyboard, bag, fins etc.
*We do send boards to the Channel Islands at extra cost (around £20), sadly there is no cheaper way to get it to the islands*
If you are in any doubt about our delivery times and costs please feel free to call us. The last thing we want is for you to be waiting in all day for an order and it not turn up.
At Bodyboard HQ we will do our level best to offer the best postage solution that fits with you.
All delivery costs are based on the dimensions and weight of the order. Due to a competitive market some items will appear with free delivery but there will be acceptations, depending on size of goods and region. Typically the above pricing is pretty accurate.
Bodyboard HQ will look to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed. If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you first by phone or by email. It is usually better to leave a mobile phone number with your order for ease of contact. Please leave a reliable source of contact at checkout
We primarily deliver on standard working days (Monday to Friday) but a Saturday delivery can be arranged (at extra cost)
Delivery to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are sent using Parcel 48 from the post office. This is a 2/3 working day delivery service.
Delivery of bodyboards to the Channel Islands are using Parcel force standard 2/4 working day delivery.
Delivery to Europe, charges will show at checkout for your country.
All orders sent on a two to three working day service will require a signature for delivery. If you would like us to leave the item somewhere safe then please call us first before placing the order so we can come to an arrangement. Any items delivered back to Bodyboard HQ due to non receipt of goods will be held until we hear from you and re-deliveries will be charged at normal postage rates.
MAKE SURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT:
You must provide the correct delivery details so that your order does not get misplaced. Bodyboard HQ cannot take responsibility for incorrect details. Any loss of item due to incorrect details will mean the customer will need to seek to retrieve the item at their own cost. We will however do our best to help you to locate the item. PROBLEM WITH YOUR DELIVERY:
Bodyboard HQ uses a number of couriers for our deliveries and we put our faith in these companies to deliver your goods properly.
Normally couriers will try to deliver at your chosen address and if there is nobody in they will try again the next day. If after two/ three attempts, the delivery cannot be made the courier should leave a card and return the parcel to your local office / depot. Any problems please contact us on 01209 844806 and we will chase the courier for you or give you all the details to contact the courier directly.
Bodyboard HQ reserves the right to recharge the full delivery cost to resend an order if your order is returned to us due to the customer not taking delivery of the order.
Any delivery problems must be reported within 7 days of the due date of delivery. All orders are checked before leaving our shop. If you have not received your order within 7 days of expected delivery date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. Any notification after the 7 days then we will not be responsible for the parcel and its location, we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.
At Bodyboard HQ we to go overboard on our packaging to prevent potential issues with damaged parcels. However, very rarely there can be the odd bit of damage to the box.
Please check the packaging carefully before signing for you parcel. If the box or packaging is damaged and you sign for as it received in good condition you could forgo your chance of a refund and our chance to get your order sorted with the courier. Some couriers will give you the opportunity to sign for the parcel as damaged or unchecked, make sure you understand your rights with the delivery driver before signing for damaged parcels.
